This class was an amazing experience for me. I learned so much about so many things in so many areas and fields of computing. I never would have thought of most of the things i learnd, and now i am facinated with them and look up information on them continuously. There was nothing about the class that i had any issues with other than the Pseudo computer, it was a little confusing when u get past adding and subtracting numbers.

I learnd so much about one of my favorite subjects and fields ever…. hacking. It has always been something i wanted to know about and learn as much as possible with,  i just want to know about all the little things that noone else knows about just to say that i know what to do or not to do to make random things happen. Like the coke machine for example, how cool is that? There are so many things that can be done with hacking that it will blow anyone’s mind! I now have a subscription to 2600 magazine….

Virtual reality games are a big interest of mine, well mostly just World of Warcraft… I only play WoW, no others anymore. I did used to play the sims all the time, before i had internet that would support WoW. Then i was introduced to WoW by a friend and have been playing since 2005. Knowing about the history of Blizzard Entertainment was a very interesting thing to find out as well. How far the world has come in just the past few years is astonishing! There are so many things yet for me to learn, and i hope to learn all that i can about the field of technology.

I am an avid WoW player and i play no other games lol. I am all about some good old world of warcraft. I have a few level 80’s and several lower lvl characters, 35 to be exact lol. My main character is a lvl 80 rogue on Terrokkar. If you want to meet up his name is MONJE just add me to friends  and pst me! I spend a couple hours a day playing and i have never been bored, there is always somethign to do and somewhere to go.

Artificial intelligence is a very interesting topic. It is amazing and exciting to think about what is all possible with AI. The limits are extrordinary and as far out as anyone’s imagination. The programming that is involved in AI is so extensive and in depth that it is almost unbelievable. Just to think about what is all possible and how much we have yet to figure out how to get computers to do is crazy. For a computer to take in information about its surroundings store that information and then apply it to other areas or obsticles on its own is amazing.

I enjoyed working with the robots in class and i enjoy seeing what is all possible with a little bit of programming and some electronics and legos. I have ordered one of the lego robots and will be doing quite a bit of self-modifying programming for the robots and see what all will be possible. I have always been interested in robots and have never really spent any time learning about them or studying them, but now that i have been started on it in class, i will be able to focus and concentrate more on it because i see what really is possible.

I enjoyed the discussion about hacking, malware, and computer security. There are so many things that are possible that i  would have never thought of. The subject is just so interesting to me and i hope to be able to learn some things now that i know about them. I recently ordered a keylogger (expensive…   unfortunately) and it is pretty awesome. It’s just so amazing what the little bugger can do. I also ordered a subscription to 2600 magazine, i found it quite interesting as well. I have been researching quite a bit on hacking and security and i believe that i am going to try and  figure out how to get rid of viruses in a more efficient way. I have norton internet securiy on my computer and i also use norman and malwarebytes as added protection, but i still have a virus that i am unable to get rid of. Combofix doesn’t work either…. dang

My view has not really changed too much. I have alot of experience using html so i am quite familiar with it and all of its functions. I have a few websites/html pages that i have created over the past few years and some of them i have uploaded to a web server, and also i have a computer that i have turned into a server. I have used filezilla for years and apache. Web design has been one of the things i would like to do for  a living since i took my first class on it as a sophmore. It is nice to know that i can create such a unique web page/site on my own. This class has refreshed a few things in html for me though, so i am a bit sharper again.

I had a class in high school about html called web page design, so i already have a great deal of knowledge about the language. I have been designing dinky little web pages ever since then, it has always been an interesting and creative thing for me to do. I enjoy sitting at a computer just messing around, and to see a finished product like a well designed web page that looks awesome and to know that you designed and created it is just amazing. HTML is a simple program, but so much is still possible with it.

Using the pseudo computer made sence to me in class, i took a few notes, and forgot it within 2 days. I went to do the assignment and was lost, i looked up some things online and finally figured out some commands and got a few little programs up and running. Go figure the cable company sucks and when i went to turn in my assignment it had been storming in the area and my internet was down for the weekend… So i missed the quiz deadline.    I am able to make some sence of the Pseudo computer but for whatever reason am unable to completely comprehend how to write some programs that seem very simple. My experience with this section has been below my own hopes for comprehension and ability to “grasp the concept”. I am disapointed in myself for not making sence out of something that is relatively simple. Bianary i do understand though. The machine code makes sence and i am able to figure out the numbers, how to turn base 10 numbers to machine code and vise-versa.

It is near my dream computer… The case is different, most are either overkill, too plain, or blue… The Hard drive is solid state: cooler, faster, more efficient, just better… The graphics card is near the best on the market, enough said look at the price.  Basic CD/DVD drive, i download almost everything or use flash drives or external hard drives. Very nice and powerful power supply for the beastly graphics lol. AMD quad core processor is faster than single, dual or triple core, and runs cooler than most intels. Motherboard supports more than enough for my personal uses, 8gb max memory. G.Skill memory has always been a personal fav. Not much into the whole communicating online deal such as myspace, facebook, twitter, or blogs/forums, more of an email kinda guy lol. But hey, beggers can’t be choosers. The binary concept is a great and amazing thing. It is crazy to think that anything you can think of is codded and de-codded by a computer using only 2 digits, 0 and 1.
