With gaming I find nothing better turning on a game and getting to experience and explore a new world just that over all feeling of being taken away to a new world is amazing.  Though i’m not currently apart of any online gaming world or MMORPG’s i’m considering starting to join one to further my gaming experiences. I like adventure games though, when being taken from one place to the next gain levels and meeting other people if you are online they allow me to get out my aggressions or just relax escape the hectic troubles of real life.  The bad thing about online gaming is that sometimes people don’t know how to distinguish real life from virtual after awhile or they get addicted to the game if they have no real outside life. The good things are i’d say just the bonds of friendship you make with some one that may never waver or fail you, sometimes the friends you can make online become true friends, even if be virtual thats a bond you formed and connected with another, and who’s where that may take you our world will someday i believe gain, and experience the joys of virtual interaction in good ways not in sexual or illegal ways.

When i came to the mind storms there wasn’t much that i could do each period another class or someone in my class had my bot but it was cool. AI is perhaps the most controversial technology of all in my opinion because when AI becomes more enhanced and evolved things will become tricky then. Thats when the advanced robotic workers come into play taking away the jobs of the basic worker being able to triple if not quadruple productivity putting a lot of people out of work. Which will result in more bad than its good intended to in the first place but for my job i’ll be spared i’ll be trouble shooting, and bugging around for issues but i will feel bad in the years to come for those who may loose there job self included. Then in class with my mind bot is much as i could do was get it to move to a clap, and follow alight then switch on my mind droid app to really control the gyro’s. But it was a fun week and it coming down to the end which is a bummer.

when thinking about robots i tend to go back to my child when i was younger thinking that wow how exciting to see or to live in a world where they exist. They can do anything like the ultimate toy that could continue to find ways to improve on itself rather than go obsolete, a mechanical partner in crime to if you’d will. Just joking though but it would be nice to have someone to help you with a lot of the problems you can’t actually sovle i think that be truly a world of joy. But it wouldn’t be long till that would be disturbed by the procreation on war bots so scratch robots for my future for a while. Now to robots in class the Lego bots where actually cool just thinking outside the box to design a type of car or humanoid or anything else you can think of . The possibilities are endless as long as you know how to get it to do what you want it to do which is the only challenge with the bot, but other than that i can only sit and enjoy the fun that comes from trying to build newer designs and thing with the motors and other pieces.

Todays new age hacking and is not at all what i’d ever like to be associated with in the least bit. People are so afraid to be able to go and look for things or download due to the fact that they may be hacked or sent a virus in the process. I myself have these concerns from time to time because of spam and pop ups on the screen i hate them. Sometimes i say who ever invented the first spam or things in its annoying category should be force fed there knee caps jokingly but seriously something should have happened to them. The internet to me should be a place of freedom and no commercial and random pop ups that kill your nerves constantly redirecting you and trying to take your information of your PC. Now if i stepped into my Delorean  the hackers of the past where true innovators and ground mover it wasn’t about taking advantage or fooling others for info and money but for the sport or a test . To see if it could be done and then expand on it develop and grow challenging themselves more and more and then for just for humor but not what we have to deal with in my era of technology. But all hackers aren’t bad some still hack to be the modern day and age Rodin Hoods of the web for friendly purposes i could say, but im glad we have a lot of the virus and web blockers today because there not all safe they could be laced with Trojan, worms, or time bombs. So to close there internet is a place of infection now but its getting better with time i hope.

What can i say after i watch that video of the last lecture other than wow i was speechless. To think some also like myself who started with big dreams from a young age attained all his dreams through his life time and be came a pioneer in his own right. Great person, good father, and all the things i’d like to be one day PhD, MBA, i mean he never let anything get him down or in his way. ” Brick walls aren’t designed to keep us out.” in the beginning watching it i felt bad it made me look at myself honestly and evaluate my life and actions as they are. And i was like I’ve just began to live im only 20 but the things he set for himself to do i myself want to accomplish and see my life dreams come into fruition. Then there it was in my face a inspirational guide into what ethic i needed to fuel my dreams and set them into motion towards the middle and end he shared his creations with the audience in the video but i felt like i was there. Though he had passed his words still actually rang true threw my core i’d never heard of Carnegie Mellon or brown but i long to one day be able to experience the joy he had. Live my life with no regret my dreams in my heart and placed in the box marked done, and be remembered for something become a pioneer and leave something behind for the world if not my kids and family to be able to enjoy. Then with my first time with programming in scratch it was fun and it still is fun so many things I’ve yet to break through and discover in the program but im working on it.  I hope to be well equipped more so sooner than later as i continue to tinker in scratch.

After making my web page from scratch not much has changed about what I feel about them. But it has opened my eyes and gave me a better prospective in what they do. I use to think it was so easy you’d just go by a domain and just cut and past things into the areas you wanted to go in there but now I know its more complicated then that. It takes time and patience which I have but also diligence, and precision if you think about it making web pages is some what like doing surgery. Or writing in html is like surgery just one thing out of line can result in a miss fire or error on the webpage or what ever you maybe doing for that matter. When i was designing my own page i kept getting something wrong with loading my jgp. images to fit my hobbies as examples. Which was only a minor error in the location they where coming from it took me sometime to figure it out with Dr.B’s assistance it came out right. But if i had to choose, writing html would not be my cup of tea i want to be more interactively fun with my technology. From graphics and all aspects of technology is where i wanna be, but i enjoyed what i learned

When i first started the html assignment i was like what am i getting myself into. like my mind was registering it all as gibberish i didn’t know what in the world i was doing i messed up countless of times. I wanted to do something out of this world for my webpage but my only issue was how in the world would i do it what to do it on and what would be a good example to go bye ? Well i started to think of what i like, enjoyed, and did on a current basis; which included reading, movies and video games i work and do class work also but its not as fun “just playing”. then Mr. brown gave me some advice or rather pointed me in the correct direction in addition to some help from a classmate but it was kinda tedious, i kept on messing up and getting my code wrong. I was direct linking my code from the websites my images came from , not to mention i hadn’t loaded none of my stuff to that data base everyone kept saying was but wasn’t. But towards the end i got it all fixed and put in the correct link the webpage and was happy with my final result, and now im just ready to see what Java is going to be like coming up soon.

In the job of my choosing i’d like to be the head system administrator for a large or fairly big company. a hospital if possible there is always a need for many diverse jobs with in such a large corporation of hospitals other than just nurses. they need people who can manage the systems of the hospital keeping it up to date and on a consistent level of first class performance and thats what i’d like to do help develop the hospital along into the new many coming ages of technology and innovation. its always been my dream to if not help those and others in need but help be behind the scene of what helps get them better or keep them on life support. system admins will be a job that be highly profitable and in demand yeah maybe i’ll start at bottom but the job can never be taken out by robots or etc. so its safe for me to say that i have a career ahead of me regardless the futures technological advances in robotic and machine operated things, because all company’s need I T people to keep there system substantiated.

my experience with the language simulator was odd. it was unique and new to me but i couldn’t get the hang of it at first it was cool but not my cup of tea as assignments go but i did enjoy reading up on the information provided, and giving it my best gun ho, go at it . though i haven’t tied together the way the concepts fall into place yet but im still waiting to see what will be the out come there my be something i’m missing or i need to look at bit deeper to find the answer i seek. but im still  waiting to see what will happen. im sure i wont be disappointed by Mr. Brown. and if im still unclear as to what may be going on then i’ll just have to ask some one to help me but  the language portion gets a 3.8 on five star scale to me just due to it was the most challenging for me this time around.
