New Live Chat at HelpDesk

Recently we have added a Live Chat feature on the HelpDesk website.  You can now chat live with a HelpDesk technician during HelpDesk hours.  After hours?  Leave a message on chat with your email or phone number and the HelpDesk will contact you later.  Happy Chatting!
